The offer is a CTC of ₹1,260,000 LPA, which includes a gross salary of ₹1,039,600, claimable components of ₹62,000, an organization's contribution of ₹31,140, and gratuity of ₹28,860. Is this a good offer? What is the current market rate for a UX/UI designer with Total 4 years of experience and relevant 3.6 years of experience ?
