I work at pwc india joined as a Associate excatly 1 year ago and i have 5 years of experience in total and in .NET

My cctc is 15L
12L fixed and 3L variable.

I am looking to raise my fixed ctc now. No clue on the promotion and how much would be the annual hike?

So now, i tried and got a offer from tcs - 17 L fixed 10% variable.

So how should i handle this? I don’t wanted to leave pwc india for now maybe an another year i wanted to continue here.

Thoughts on RX Bar's brand? Personally, I thought it was novel at first as a way of getting the brand to stand out, but now I think it's revealed itself to be BS. Wld like to know what others think.

Suggestions for Python courses to learn automating manipulation of data that comes in same format every day?
For context, i work with FP&A a lot. I often receive daily/weekly reports of data that i have to aggregate. Doesnt take lots of time each instance but adds up over time and Id like to use these tasks as a goal to work towards as motivation to learn code. Gone thru hours of LinkedIn courses and nothing seems applicable. Are there better courses or should i be patient & trust the process?

I received an offer from big 4 with 60% hike. My managers wants to retain and I asked them to match if you want me to be retained.
Now I got a call from GPM yesterday. He used harsh words like "being greedy" "selfish" etc and offered me 30% in the end.
I politely declined but he asked me to reconsider as he said "it would be unfair for the org for you to leave so soon."

Let me know a proper response.

Also what do you think of this behavior by GPM?
