I had received an offer from Amgen 2 months back but now I have another offer which is 15% more. I’m planning to re negotiate with Amgen, has someone did this, or is there any scope to get revised increased offer?

Left PA and started industry remotely. Haven’t been in the office. Met my team one time. Tips are to always be on video for even the smallest of calls. Take a ridiculous amount of notes. In downtime, go through your notes and come up with questions by reperforming old work. Set up recurring question sessions with your team so you know what to do next time. Set up performance meetings even monthly because it’s hard to get a gauge on your performance
