The current CTC is 6.6 LPA, and there’s already an offer from HSBC for 11.8 LPA.
What would be a reasonable ask from Morgan Stanley?

How do agencies decide how much to bill clients? How much is their retention usually?

Hiring managers: What do you read on a resume?

Do you only look for the portfolio URL?

Is a bulleted list helpful if you’ve never heard of the agencies?

Do you truly care about software skills?

I started a new job a month ago and that just so happened to be when my birth control decided to screw with my emotions. I can barely hold it together already and I have the added stress of a new job and it being busy season. I don’t know what to do. I cry multiple times daily. I don’t know how to keep going.
