Have a first interview for an associate solution architect role next week. Should be a technical interview, as i saw the interviewer is another solution architect. Any tips on how I should prepare for this?

Quick question.
I was a contractor for a big company and they just let me know that my last day is December 30th. I got this position thanks to a recruiting company that has been great and gives me benefits.
Should I:
- Continue working with the recruiting company, hoping that they will find another position for me? (as they told me they will, and when they applied me I started working with my current company within 2 weeks)
- Work with the recruiter + apply for jobs on my own?

I almost choked on my lunch when I heard the words "Pride Carnival".

How do you guys feel about the Pride Team at ZS India? Ive always felt they pretty much just copy what the US team does, even though the condition of LGBT rights here is so different from what it is in the US. Also, they're very exclusionary and don't really want people joining the team or pitching ideas..not even sure if the core team are members of LGBT+ or just "allies".
