The HR asked me to upload my documents to the Capgemini career portal. However, when I try to create a new account, it says the account already exists. When I try the 'Forgot Password' option, I do not receive any email to reset it.

Does anyone know how to resolve this Capgemini career portal issue?

It’s hard to trust the partners/leadership when they want us to return to office as being better when we increase offshoring? Also, the pressure on billable hours when all that really matters is how much our fixed labor costs vs. how much we can bill (which is usually fixed fee or at least a range) and the fixed labor costs of offshoring is significantly cheaper so the hours don’t matter. I am currently into the SAP Security domain and I absolutely do not have any interest in it. I am planning to shift to development and have started on some courses on my own.
