How does a person change their mindset to be more positive? I feel like I’m meant for my job, but blame all my life problems on it….having no energy, being single at the age of 30, etc. and it seems like a never ending loop. I look for new jobs, realize I have a good job then am ok for a bit then start it all over again. When I’m off of work I’m fine and realize I have it pretty good. Only real negative is I can’t vacation with my family in March due to my busy time.

I’ve been a family caregiver for four years, and now look to return to the workforce. I realize that this will be a bit difficult, especially during these economic conditions, plus other factors, such as being an older employee, etc. I updated my account with a few job sites, adding on the fact that I took time off to care for a family member. I would appreciate some advice, anything that would be helpful.

FML. I’ve been dating someone for 8 months and have been having doubts about the longevity of the relationship. This week he tells me he is thinking about leaving our city and working remotely. Why some Managers and Leads are obsessed over faster delivery? I have found this behaviour specifically within India Based firms or clients. I mean quality work takes time. Better designing takes time. Ni bas jaldi krdo! I mean its not food that will rotten if 2 ka 3 din hogya! Seriously start the work in chaos and then later say “We understand everything is complicated in this project but it is how it is and we have to work hard to tackle this!” I mean it was you who made it complicated!
