We have selected a flat in prestige primrose hill 3bhk, but we want to negotiate with the builder on the price, can you please suggest if it's good to take some time and negotiate or start the negotiation immediately as we have just seen the flat only today. And also my CP(channel partner) was telling me prestige doesn't negotiate, they have some box price is this true? Please suggest how to go about this? It would be very helpful.

Just saw that Airbnb's salary range for a 2+ years experience Data Scientist in US is 129k -180k USD.
In INR its 95L- 1.4cr. But in India do they pay even 30L to 4 years yoe?
Last year I saw such salary range for 4+ yoe in US. But in India its yet to increase.
In this quarter these companies have started negotiating in the name of US recession. Irony is salary range didn't decrease in the place where the recession is supposed to occur.

Getting paid 85k base with 40k in bonus plus about 35k~ in OT.

Money isn’t everything but in my late 20s it feels like the only thing important right now.

WLB is next to zero as 60hr weeks are the minimum as of late. Management feels like they are trying to push a few of us out. Was told not to expect much come year end for comp. Any suggestions on finding a new role/pay expectations?
