I have raised query on ask hr but it might some time to get reply from them

is there anyone we can contact for checking why the salary was not credited?

I have a B.s in Business Administration and MBA in Global Business Management Currently hold Series 7, 9, 10 and 66 and I’m looking for great opportunities in the Atlanta market. One of my friend who is a doctor & is an international med graduate. He passed his United States Medical Licensing Exams with above average scores. He has applied fr the match last yr & was nt able to match. Match process costs around USD10k; this year he is applying again after borrowing funds frm different sources bt he is under tremendous pressure to get match. Is it common to negotiate software engineer salary at smaller companies? I know it’s common at FAANG, but what about for companies with around 200 engineers? I have a counter offer from my current company and on-site interviews scheduled for end of July with google and Amazon, but I’d prefer to go with the smaller local company if I can negotiate the salary (from offer letter) up another 5% or so.
