Hi all, I am trying for role - Customer Engineer GCP. I have 5 years exp in (GCP cloud predominant for 3 years now) DevOps field in Financial Services area including FinTech (Fidelity Investments), Bank (HSBC) & Insurance(CNA Insurance - currently working). Also have a Masters in MIS. I have got & cleared calls from AWS for AWS Developer, Architect roles & failed on-site FB Production Engineer role interview. I have applied but not got a callback from Google? Any advice, highly appreciated.

Is my manager forcing me out?

In our 121 last we had a good discussion on creating a personal development plan, with the idea being I’d write down clear goals & action points to get from my current level to the next, and I’d provide weekly evidence of it. I prepped the doc accordingly, but instead of wanting to discuss it, he said I have 4 weeks to “turn things around” - without giving any new info on what I’ve done wrong - esp given I wrote my goals based on this same feedback from last week??

Are LinkedIn learning learningpaths (like, for powerBI, sap) worth getting?

If I was a junior on a team during a campaign launch, is that something I can put in my book? I helped during the concepting phase, was responsible for keeping the boards up to date, and wrote a lot of the supporting materials (print, social etc) but obviously I was not on the shoot or the lead on writing the script. As long as I’m clear about my role is that acceptable?

Hoping to get my PHR in the next year or so. Outside of employer reimbursement, are there other opportunities for this to get funded? I know SHRM Foundation offers scholarships for the CP, but I am looking for PHR specific help. Thank you! :)

SOS I’m a first year teacher. I’m at a VERY challenging school district & a different culture than I’ve ever been around before. I cant get through a full day’s lesson! I spend more time disciplining!

What features do you look for when looking for payment and merchant services? It seems like a lot of people go with Square because it’s simple but you’re paying for it and it doesn’t offer many features. I’m trying to get back into this business. I work with a reputable company offering full-featured business service and I’m here to offer other features and help other small businesses evaluate their options. Can help cut costs, help with cash flow and other services, inventory management, etc.

Does anyone have experience creating a NY LLC? Is it better to create one in Delaware if I’m NY based? Do you have to file anything annually? What if the LLC had no income?

A little frustrated that I have friends who persistently ask for discounts or free products. If you can't actually support my business when it's just getting started, wait until you can instead of asking me to lower my prices for you.
