I recently joined Mastercard and I'm currently staying in Nigdi. I'm now looking to relocate somewhere within about 10 km of office to cut down my commute, but the options I'm finding online feel pretty limited.
Would really appreciate suggestions from anyone who's made a similar move — which areas/societies have worked out well, any to avoid, and broker recommendations if you have them.
I'm looking at [1BHK / 2BHK ], budget around 25-30K.

What do you all normally do in your downtime at work? I used to be in a high stress, high tempo office but moved to a better paying role with much less responsibility. I’m still adjusting to have all this free time on my hands and need something to keep me busy throughout the day.

I have an offer for $130k for a senior attorney position in a boutique L&E firm. Also have a recruiter who thinks she can get me into another for $150-170k. Both are more than I’ve ever made (Denver, 17 yrs of experience but completely different practice areas). Any tips for countering the $130k offer for more using the other potential offer while not risking a complete withdrawal of the current offer? I’ve never been in a position to bargain my starting salary so this is all very new to me.
