This June I completed my 9 months at Career Level 12 and Sub Level 3 I.e, CL 12.3 at Accenture Operations. My Annual Talent Discussion and One-on-One with People Lead is complete as of last week.
I have 3 questions now :
1. When can I expect to move to 12.2 ?
2. What is the general hike I can expect ? And when it is reflected ?
3. When will be the variable pay will be paid out ?
Can anyone here help me with this performance cycle part ? I am really confused.

Is that enough time assuming less than 2 years left on H1b then? In a similar situation and looking to move in the next month. Just got extension approved
GC process for assurance audit bay area starts when you have your CPA and you are a manager. I still do not have CPA and I am currently manager 3 in October and firm won’t initiate GC for me. Same for a friend who did not get promo to SM this year due to lack of license. Other consultaing firms can offer you GC process after three months with them (coming from experience when I recently received two offers).
Rank does not matter, the firm starts the GC process after 1 yr of employment.
EY GC Policy is pretty vague.. it just says you need to be a on path for manager and minimum of “meet” rating previously “3”. If you are joining as Senior expect to start the GC process in 1 year.. specially if you are on second term of your h1-b..
