Currently in Interview process with EPAM Systems in Canada for Performance analyst role ( Performance testing / engineering ) and also Test Automation role. Need genuine advise. Got a call from Oasis Resource management pvt ltd. They said that they can help in conducting interviews in canada or UK. Total 5 interviews. They will charge 72k for this and 2k for profile investigation. They claim that under work permit, accomodation, travel cost, meal will be borne by employer for whole work visa tenure along with salary as per profile and market standard.
Are they legit ?
Should i proceed with them ?

Product based companies have immense pressure to innovate, their developers are also under pressure as they don't find solution in stack over flow as they are doing some thing new. So is product based worth the hype. The companies to go down or bankrupt first are product based only.

Because of multiple offers in hand and messy date of joining's I able to figure out which one to join and which one to leave.

HR's not responding to my mail to prepone my date of joining.

I'm not able to enjoy notice period also, anxious + constant fear of offer rejection.
