Clawback clause in current contract: been in role for over 2 yrs, it was an internal move that required relocation. Relocation was approved shortly after (over 2 yrs ago) but covid meant the actual move and start of my contract with new subsidiary was delayed, I was paid by the previous subsidiary meanwhile. So I got a story just wanted to share, I'm not sure how to handle the situation. A colleague who joined with me (yrs exp - 1 yr) have been given a manager supporting role (she helps manager and TL with some stuff). We are a team of 60, so she is given the responsibility of taking care of some projects despite her experience. Now she is introducing unnecessary processes to the project which will waste everyone's time and believe me it's not process improvement at all.

For one of friend in TCS; client is asking to give online MCQ exam; why it is so? He is not sure about cutoff marks or technical chapters neither his manager!! What will happen if he unable to meet the expectation of the client?
