Hi Fishes, I'm in a huge dilemma now. Im currently working with TCS and my CCTC is 10.29 LPA and I hold 2 offers, one with with Bank of America for 17.5 LPA Fixed and with CTS for 19 LPA.
My last date is Dec-30 and I received a call today from TCS HR for retaining me for 16 LPA max.
Earlier,before the call I had Bank of america in mind ahead of CTS for its work culture ,hike %, job security and other benefits. But here in TCS also I have very good role, job security and comfort.Please suggest!!

currently tossing up between staying at a global company (who is in the process of some positive changes) with an amazing manager who supports my career and flexible working … however comes with the inherit issues that come with a long standing global company

compared with a role at a smaller mga, higher salary (around 30%) more , more visibility career wise and some great employee benefits , management seem to be supportive and low staff turnover

I work as an AGM in a busy restaurant. Been working there for just over a year, and haven't had a single raise. Joined this platform yesterday. The first thing I observed was that almost everyone here has super high salary packages, the minimum that I saw was 40LPA. I am currently at 14LPA with almost 7 YOE in FMCG Category Management. Need guidance on how can I increase my package. Looking at the salaries here, even I am motivated to be in 1Cr club.

so I'm exercising daily, but facing this issue.

There is a lady who comes when I exercise as the roof is shared. and I feel uncomfortable. till now I have been ignoring her but still I don't feel comfortable, my rhythm will be disturbed. I try to put my back towards her.
