I have been searching for job from quite a long time and all I have seeing HR/Panels asking for
1. Number of implementation projects done.
2. Work experience on S4 Hana.

And if I don't have atleast any one of these, I will not be considered.

Is it really that important ?

Being joined as a fresher - Is it really something that I can decide whether to be in support or implementation project ?

Is upgrading of ECC to S4 Hana in my hands ? And the difference is really that vast ?

Any recommended resources for a mid-level lit associate looking to develop some skills in health care transactional work? I'm primarily a med-mal attorney and several clients have small opportunities on the MA side that I'd like to be able to assist with. For now, I'm just looking for good basic foundational resources.

Appreciate it!

For startup founders/people with a successful side project: How did you get the idea/inspiration for your business? I’m currently working at a Series B startup and my end goal has always been to found my own startup, but I graduated from college 2.5 years ago and I still have not had any great ideas cross my mind. I do spend a fair amount of time brainstorming. I don’t want to continue working here forever, but I’m struggling to generate that “this is it” idea to build a company for. Any advice?

Is it the smart move to take a pay cut and clerk for a judge?

Little context: I was an ED student, full time paralegal/clerk throughout my law school experience, and a single mother. I did not take advantage of the law school extracurriculars and missed out on clerk application deadlines my final year (2020). Would it benefit me to take a pay cut as a transactional clerk by about $20k to work as a clerk for a year then re-enter firm life? I’m transactional and enjoy that line of work.

Everyone has a different perspective on this but would love to hear yours. Someone has debt ranging say 4-5% interest rates. I know the latter looks better on paper but what about the psychological factors of being debt free and the guaranteed return on interest savings.
