I’ve practiced litigation in DC for about 5+ years at a larger plaintiffs’ firm, and am considering a switch to a defense firm. Is there any insight to how many billable hours this would require, and how much time that would actually be? For reference, the firm has a 1900 billable hour requirement and the partner said I would have “no problem” fulfilling that based on the work they have.

During the warm weather months I try to set up impromptu events (Storefronts, etc.) where I can be in front of people at little/no cost. How do you guys proceed to take advantage of the summertime?

I got two offers and I was wondering what would the implications be if I virtually onboard with both companies and keep working simultaneously for 2 companies as long as WFH is there and resign any one once they start calling to office.

I am at the last 30 days of notice period, I am getting lots of calls front he company who are ready to pay more that my offer in hand but it doesn't add much value to my technical profile (only adding monetary values), Should I be scheduling interviews with them?
