I have offer from Nagarro for 32 LPA(1.6 variable) and another from Turing of 34 LPA (2.5 Variable) I don't want to Join Turing, but can I negotiate with Nagarro based on Turing offer to increase my package? Or is it too risky since I don't have any other offer. What are chances if negotiation fails they(Nagarro) resind the offer?

Have friends at GT tell me they only work around 45 hours a week on average in FDD.

weekend work is usually small, reply to emails and send files to India for processing. it's not like audit where I'd work a full day or 2 full days and it was normal during busy season
I think you have to look at roles. I personally think the senior role in FDD is by far the best possible role you can have. Comp is much higher than audit and you don't really have much responsibility. Once you get to manager and up there is a ton more responsibility.
They are still probably 45 or so a week but no weekends usually. Seniors can definitely provide value on deals but you will never be on the hook for any deadlines or bigger responsibilities. Not putting anyone down it’s just crazy what firms will pay for seniors haha!

You guys are really selling me on FDD. Is there a chance of a transfer after only one year?
I'm willing to discuss our team if you're interested in middle market and you're in our areas, TX, CA, and OK. We're also agreeable to fully remote work but that's on a case-by-case basis.
I bill about 26 hours a week
