Hi fishes,

Coming 11th, interview is scheduled for me with BNP Paribas.

Can I know some details abt the company pls, like the WLB and is there WFH availability and other benefits.

Also kindly let me know what should be my Expected CTC.

Current CTC : 7.25 LPA
Yoe : 4.25 years
Tech stack : Fullstack developer (Java + React)
Has knowledge on React native, Docker, Kubernetes

Wfh flexibility is there but u need to come to office 5 days per 2 weeks(50 %)

-You can't work from home outside your base location
-30 leaves (22 privilege +8 sick) , includes mandatory 10days of block leave
-Cab facility (only drop facility for B shift, both for night shift)
-1250Rs hungerbox wallet for food
-shift allowance for B&C shift , need to maintain 8.30 hrs to claim this.
-Broadband bill reimbursement.

WLB is not good
If you're into latest tech and switching to BNP, it will be a total disaster for you.

They rarely use spring boot or any latest frontend framework

And if some project is using spring boot, then that would be very old version.

EJB, struts, swing, spring, XML based config.

You'll regret for sure
