hello fishes,
need some advice.
my current ctc is 16 with 5.6 years of experience. I was a contract hire and parent company wants to hire me.
company is service based company.
my current title is senior analyst but they want to make me manager.
they are skipping tech lead and team lead positions.
they are ready to change 5 days working from earlier 6 days working.
they are asking me my expectations.
we are on client location and there is no one above us. Also team is not technically sound.FSS

Maybe post in Desi bowl for more responses (many people here won’t understand what LPA even means). What TCS is offering is so much higher that it is unlikely CG will offer that jump to someone less than a year old. But ask (and be prepared to jump ship when they say no) if you would rather stay put.
Thanks 🙏
Yup switch to TCS (though CG brand is better). Are you up for a salary hike within CG?
Yes
Growth of individual is low in tcs.. look for a better company.. you are in initial stage of your career.. try deloitte, Accenture, pwc etc.. everyone is hiring
Thanks
