I recently got a job offer through a company that offered me the high end of what I was asking (75k) but since it is the high end of what I asked for, do I have room to negotiate? I'm at Kolkata. Started off with 1.8LPA, currently around 11LPA. BTech+MBA. Always get scores of 4 out of 5 (exceeds expectations) KRA YoY and pointless praises about how well I managed projects, yada yada. I get good work-life balance.

Does anyone else constantly get mistaken for a nurse?
