Any tips on how you all stay motivated?

I’ve been really consistent for about 7 weeks now, exercising and eating better. I’ve lost about 17lbs, but have another 70lbs to go and was feeling pretty demotivated this morning. I did make it to the gym and told myself I just needed to do a light 30 mins of cardio, which turned into 50 mins once I was actually there. But feel like I’m losing some of the motivation / push I had the first 6 weeks.

I was in Kolkata ITS Hub. Sitting in the reception of the Arcadia building (not Deloitte one in 9th floor) waiting for my cab to arrive. The reception lady said in Hindi "Why are u here since so long? It's been half an hour!?" It was only 12 minutes. I was exhausted, the heat so couldn't go out and wait. She said till now so many cabs could have arrived but you are just sitting here. Doing nothing. You are not allowed to sit here like this. And then i was thrown out of building🤣😭🤣
