Up until last weekend, I was in the recruitment process for a summer associate role at EY-Parthenon Strategy, London UK. They sent me an email saying the program was cancelled due to covid, but I've heard nothing about this from any other source, so I'm a little suspicious...

Trying to figure out if I should start as an inbound SDR, or try jumping straight into an AE role in SaaS.

I left mortgages at the beginning of the year to start a franchise business, it's now semi-self-sufficient so wanted to start a career again and I live in the Silicon Slopes area. Everyone I know is in SaaS or software engineering.

Just wondering if I should push my resume as far as possible and try to snag an AE role or take my time in a new industry and start from the bottom.

I had my first round of interviews with Mckinsey last Friday. the first case was a disaster but the second case + both of the PEI were quite good. The thing is, my other lead progressed very well, it's also in the Private Equity space, an Investor Relations manager role, boring but good money. they pressed me to go through all the process by the end of the week but I won’t be able to advance much with McKinsey by then…Super stressed, what should I do?

What is it like working at Monitor Deloitte with the Strategic Growth Transformation team (under S&A)? I have 4 YOE from a Big 4 and got an offer for Senior C in NY.

I recently had an interview with BNY for an Analyst role located in DE. The interview went well and I was informed by the recruiter that the team was interested. They asked if I was willing to relocate immediately, and I told him that my decision would be best made if I see an offer. I have not yet received a follow up after this(coming on two weeks) so I know that I've been ghosted. My question is, was I wrong to ask to see the offer before making a decision?

I was dating someone for about 2.5 years and then we broke up because of COVID and the long distance was making it too difficult to continue. The break up must’ve been like a 4-5 minute FaceTime because I was very distraught. I am currently finishing off my bachelors degree in Finance whilst working. I have decided to go back to study during covid. I do have 12 years experience in banking roles/credit assessment and more. Am really interested in investment banking and portfolio management. Will also be starting my CFA exams soon.
