I am having around 2.6 years of experience as automation qa with various testing skillset due to some family reasons took gap of 7 months now started looking for job got chance to give interviews in 5 companies in which 2 selected me with very good rating and 2 holding me as I am having career gap. Now the companies that have selected me offered me a package of 6 one company and other 6.3 lpa my present ctc is 6.25 is this the condition in market or this is how the salaries will be?

I’ve been at my company for 8 months. I just found out another designer who has been here for several years gets an annual bonus at the end of the fiscal year. I have never been told about a bonus and haven’t gotten one yet for the previous fiscal year that ended In July. Should I have been told I get a bonus when I signed on or are they typically a surprise?
