****Urgent*** Hi Folks, Received a mail from Mindtree for BGV using Digiverifier, One company where I worked for a month I didn't mention that in the Resume(as it was non-technical role & for only 1 month) but Digiverifier has fetched the details of that aswell. Will this create any issues in BGV? KINDLY HELP TIA Mindtree

You can consider saying something like below:
1. (If X salary lies within market standards) I have X which is not upto both the market standards and my expectations. But Y fulfills both my need as well as the standard. I would feel safe enough to join on this offering.
2. It may not be easy for everyone to understand the above point, some may show reasons like lack of budget, approvals, etc but considering the standard of your company, work culture and offerings (check that over Internet, if its still not revealed) then I'm quite confident that you won't be denying and leave me dis-satisfied for just 2-3 lakhs, as I have high hopes from your company.
3. Considering both the above points, you must have got an idea on my perception that if you're ready to offer me my expectation, there would be no reason for me to move away from your company as I'm both expecting alot from you as well as willing to join you.
(There could be several reasons for this like good reviews over Internet, good reviews from people who've already worked there and are known to me, maybe tech stack offerd could show possible growth in near future, etc). If you, as a company are ready to provide me my expected compensation, and I'm much aware on the work culture and benefits provided to your employees, I would have no more reasons, to go with some other companies bcz after a certain point, company's core value and environment matters more than money.

Tell that first offer is in a different location nd you have a location constraint.
Tell them u want to work for Company Y it has been ur aspirations and bla bla bla also if it's for different location make it iceing on the cake
asking abt company Z u say Y has always been ur aspirations and tell them to give ur expected package so tht u can work in Y by giving dil jaan and not look for anything else
You should answer them diplomacally. Make them feel that you are really aspiring to join them by pointing out 2-3 major reasons.
