I’ve worked at AT&T as a sales consultant for 6 years and 8 months where we prospect, uncover, and close on leads. I’ve used Salesforce for the past 4 years during my tenure. I’ve done B2B sales where I’ve received awards for it for 2 years consecutively. Loads of troubleshooting, uncovering needs through consultative styled selling, and tech app subscriptions.
I was wondering if I have the necessary skills to transition into a tech sales role. If so, what would be the best role/fit for me?Amazon Salesforce Google @

How is the variable payout in Wipro?
Hi fishes, I am looking for expert inputs on my next possible career move.
I have 10.5 years of total workex, and recently got promoted to CL6 (Sr Manager) at Accenture. I work in data science and analytics. My total comp's over 55 LPA. I'm looking for exit options outside. One big aspiration for me now is to settle down with a better work life balance as currently I spend 12+ hours on a daily basis in high stress projects. Please suggest firms which are hiring at these levels. TIA!

Are you doing well here ? - Definitely yes
Ask yourself why you want to move to Canada, although you are doing well here ?
Married 2 kids wife HR in MNC.
If you are comfortable with extreme weather situation and depressed atmosphere for some part of the year then go.
Initially, you will get good lifestyle compared to here. Money would be equal in conversion. Later, you may miss vibrant weather and talkative people in Canada and may look for Indians there but most of the indians when move to abroad behave strangely rude and live in their own proud world that sometimes you find few foreigners better than Indians. So you may miss to share Dil Diyaan Gallan with someone. These will be your challenges in later part of life (after 2-3 years).
Don't go just for the pride of saying I live in Canada! At your CTC, the luxury you can afford in India, the equivalent takes 6 to 10 X more money in Canada. So unless you have family in Canada, don't go. The long winters, the struggles and stretched budgets, the distance from Indian food and amenities are just not worth it.
I don’t know about your aspirations that well but taking the PR to Canada alone doesn’t yield anything, your skill set must be a demand in there, and you need to have plan on how will you get the job as per your requirement there, if there’s a friend or someone you know is already living in Canada then it’s a plus
Don't go

When the world is moving to India - don't look outside.. those times have gone ... it will be idiotic move , grass is greener on other side... Unless you move to Bay Area its not worth it .
Canada is a socialist country salaries are low . Whole immigration thing is a stunt . Because this country cannot run without it. 32 LPA is good salary in India.. decide your priorities in life.... India is good enough and everyone who is outside know's this well.

Recession time, better to stay here for a while
