I finally received my VP letter at Capgemini after grinding and a lot of hardships to update the ratings. My VP is around 2.20 lakhs but in the letter it says 2 lakhs 17799 only as Prorated VCT even though i have not been on bench even a single day. Total payment percentage shown is only 82.80% . Now my question is why did it mention less and Prorated VP and how much tax is generally deducted from the actual amount. Any support would be highly appreciated.

What is revenge Job Hopping?

It is a phenomenon observed when a candidate frequently jumps job in order to have a market correction to his salary.
Say person A got settled in his job for 5 years and his current salary is 7lpa..He joined at 4 lpa.
Now for his experience, he can be paid upto 30 lpa for the role.
So after switching for 13 lpa.. He keeps job hopping from 13-19 and 19-28 within a year where he finally feels he is paid adequately.

I was not getting any proper job, I joined a company as System Admin (the position name is only in pen and paper their actual work is data entry operator) on 3rd party payroll. The company only gives salary which is lowest in market. they don't provide any facilities. there is no career growth, learning facilities in this company. Still I am not getting proper job. I had a bad experience with CTS even my interview gone well I got negative feedback. May be they have budget/notice period constraints, if that is the case why would they conducted interviews with out basic checks
