i gotta an offer from AMEX for band 30 for the role of Infrastructure Engineer and I've a 3 years of experience. They've given me 13 LPA as base salary and 90,000 for variable as yearly bonus and 1 LPA for PF & Gratuity. So, total 14.9 LPA.
Is my offer is a reasonable one in AMEX or I should try more ?

However i am getting an onsite opportunity In Denmark, what should be my expected ctc there? Considering the country is much expensive. Guys, I interviewed at amex gurgaon 10days ago and was told by VP that I will hear from HR very soon. But when I checked on HR yesterday, she said interviews are still in progress and it will take a week more to finalize.
