I had a call with my client manager. As TCS lost an application support to a small scale company , I asked my client manager that what if I resign from TCS and then she can outsource my support as a whole for the application I am supporting. Client manager mentioned that if I can give better prices it will be possible. So in this scenario , what steps can be taken here , what can be the hourly rate for an associate accordingly and also

How long does HCL take to release the offer?

I have taken the interview on 27th July 2022 and next day I got an update that I am selected and I will be connected by HR for further proceedings.

With all details I have shared, I have been told that the approvals are pending and the offer will get released soon.

Now, they have mentioned it will be released next week.
