Hi Fishes, I have an offer from company A and joining is 2nd July with CTC 33lpa , today i had a final HR discussion with a company B with CTC 39 and they are saying only by 1st or 2nd July they can send the offer letter after approval and assured me about that .

catch is that what if I don't join the A and they also delay sending me the offer letter.

any suggestions here ?

3 Things to keep in mind which changing jobs:
1. Always ask dedicated budget for the job before you tell your expectations.

2. Always have atleast 2 weeks of gap before you join any company. You might not understand significance of that but just have a gap.
