I have cleared all rounds of interview at Wells Fargo, got a call today from HR regarding CTC discussion. Just wanted to know what will be a decent range of CTC for Business Executive Consultant role for CIB strategy team with 3.5 years of work ex and an offer of 20.33 LPA (12% is variable) in hand.


What can be a decent CTC range considering I will miss out on any hike in FY25?
