I have cleared all rounds of IQVIA, I told HR my current in hand offer in intial day only then also they procedeed, after taking all documents and BGV things they said we can’t give you more than your current offer or even we can not match the current one. I am very much surprised because intitally they have taken current offer package on mail and then they have proceeded.
Please help me on that why they did this? Any particular reason?

Gift giving help: every year around this time my husband brings up his Jan bday and basically demands I spend a lot of $ on him. I find this stressful.
