Hello, what salary can an ACCA member (3 years of experience) expect at any of the Big 4s or MNCs?

Looking for some sales career advice - I am currently working for an organization that sells IT services. I’ve been here for a couple of years and spent my first year cold calling and my second year doing account management and sales. I feel like I have a low base of $50K, with an OTE of 110 however, I expect to meet closer to the 130 to 140 mark. I now have an offer for 65K OTE of 65K from a startup and it would be completely remote and is offering equity. Any advice is appreciated😊

What title sounds better on a resume? “Manager, Strategy”, “Strategy Lead”, or “Lead, Strategy”? I was previously an SM in industry and took a role with better pay but a title drop to Manager. Now I’m looking for exits at the SM/ D level and am concerned that my current title may be holding me back.

I have 9 years of experience and working in EY GDS with a fixed salary of 35lpa. I have received an offer from EY UK and they have offered 65k pounds. I know it’s less but please let me know if that’s okay given the fact that my wife has an offer of 50k pounds.

I'm an Advisory Newly promoted senior. My new compensation is as follows: Merit 3.8% and Promotion increase 5.0%. I assume the 5.00 is standard. But the 3.8% merit promotion? Isn't that quite low? My total pay bump is 6000, making my new comp 74,100 as NYC Advisory Senior Consultant (Assurance)

Those selling into enterprise/named accounts what percent does your quota increase annually? Do you feel that your raises and bonus match the increase?

For insurance agents out there , I live in Florida ,what’s a better license to start off with? Life and health or p&c? Which do you find more enjoyable to sell and which would be more lucrative? Hi! In Dec. I saw I was being underpaid & expressed my frustration to my boss & HR & was told they can’t do anything until may. I was also encouraged to look for an internal role at a more sr level to get closer to the salary I’m looking for. I don’t want to leave my role yet & my boss says she thinks she can make the salary bump happen for may. I’ve received 2 offers elsewhere & turned them down & just got one for 25% pay bump. it’s getting harder to stay on when I know I could be making more.

Got an offer for Atlassian Canada - senior product manager. Initial offer is 160k base +15% annual bonus (24k) + 20k sign on bonus. RSU is 220k USD payable over next 4 years. There's no RRSP match (401k match equivalent). Considering its Atlassian, and current market rate, I think base is low. I would like it to be bumped upto to 180k. The recruiter earlier said the top of the pay range is 165k, which I feel is not really top but maybe median? Help me negotiate please; historically suck at it.
