3. Is it better to stay in India with 21LPA or should I consider relocation to other countries?

For people who have profit sharing what have your experiences been? Very specific to retail and/or hospitality in-house roles: has anyone found a good solution for predictive scheduling? Our retail division has one set of software for scheduling and one for payroll, and neither of them can handle predictive scheduling compliance issues unless they’re used for both the scheduling and payroll functions. I’m coming up empty on ideas for them to bridge the gap, but I’m also new to my compliance counsel role, so I would be overjoyed if anyone has suggestions.

In my current company I think the development portion I've been given is kinda simple, I've asked my manager and seniors to level up my work and stuff, *which they did* but I kinda caught up.. now what should I do, should I ask them to level up again or look for better opportunities
Also, I had some Interest in CyberSecurity and I grinded it on my pre-final semester at Uni, should I try on that path as well or should I stick to development?
