Offered Fixed Package: 16-17LPA (Consultant)
Is it good to go or offered package is comparatively less. Kindly suggest.

What salary should I be getting after 4 YOE as a Product Development Engineer (Mechanical Engineer) in medical device domain? Current CTC is 3.7 LPA.

My two year anniversary of starting my career (in general) is coming up in the next 3 weeks.

Aug 2020- 65k base salary
Jan 2022- 80k base salary
July/Aug 2022- 110k base salary
