Hi fishes. I have joined GL recently it's been only a month and I am already scared of the workload and the thought of adjusting myself. I am not a person to shy away from tough work. In my previous organization also I was a top performer and work pressure was too dayumn high. But something has been bothering me and I am not able to pull my mind out of negative thoughts. And I am thinking what happens with people in GL whose performance are not upto the mark in the project?GlobalLogic

So my junior lies a lot. About everything. They work hard and are reasonably smart, but they would swear a black pen is red and vice versa. When you catch them out, they keep digging.
