I have joined lti as a lateral.
After joining they have asked me to collect laptop from office. When i went, the laptop was not in a great condition and was refurbished. I am guessing it was used almost 3 to 4 years before me.

I asked them for a new laptop and they said they dont have new laptop in stock, i even checked with my manager she said she is also using refurbished laptop so no problem.

Anyone else faced this problem earlier?. If yes how did you act on it?

How do you guys go about recommendations? Do you guys ask the same references for all schools you are applying to? Is it fair to have them write so many recommendations for each school?

Best books about product management for a good exit to industry? I already have an MBA and PMP but looking for a refreshed perspective since it’s been years since my formal education.

I have given interview in LTI on October 8 and I have cleared all rounds L1 L2 and HR . I got documents submission mail on oct 10 after a week on 19th i got a mail with the subject of application status update saying i have cleared all rounds But still i didn't offer letter . When can i expect my offer letter

Are the retention letters sent out in LTI? I didn't receive it yet...my HR says it will take a month
