Do I need to resign or I can abscond by sending email that I will not continue. How to resign in Synechron , on which portal. I dont gave client round still they hired me and not sure about future here

I have heard from friends working in different companies about Synechron. Employees working hours are very closely monitored at Synechron.

Employees have to spend 9 hours inside Office rather than Synechron premise.

Also, employees have some app installed in their virtual machines which tracks the duration for which they were logged in.

Is this true?Wanted to confirm from someone who are working with Synechron.
