I have my interview in process at EY, they are hiring me for the GCB 7 role. What level is this and how much CTC can I expect with 4.5 YOE as a software developer, with a 12 LPA offer in hand.
I have cleared round 1, round 2 is in process. The interview is conducted by EY clients only, EY is only coordinating and scheduling the calls.

Hello all, I work for a small consumer goods company as Ecommerce Director. I’m pretty much the only one managing our Ecomm store, no direct reports but manage a marketing and Amazon 3rd party agencies for the brand. Any suggestions for a formula to calculate a running count of the number of incidences in a list? For example, in a list with A, B, C, B; I want to label A = 1, then the first B =1, and first C = 1, and then the second B = 2, etc. The list is in a column and there are thousands of names. With 11 yrs YOE and having skills in dimensional Modeling,data warehouse ,ETL and Reporting , what should be the salary expectation in market. I have switched from 12 LPA to 26 LPA on feb 2022 as my first switch with IC role as ETL developer . Now looking for data architect role. Most likely i am going to get more 35 LPA but Shall I negotiate for 40 LPA else should not join ? Is 40 LPA is good or very high ? Plz advice. Thanks.

I have been given rank 42(senior tech lead 3) for my 12+ years of experience . Is that correct one ? I'm not much aware of the ranking and designation in EY, could you tell me if this is corect or should I ask something else for my experience? I am yet to accept the same as I got confused with the designation

Does EY supports higher education in any manner like loan,time-off without resigning..
