Does JPMorgan entertain counter offers ?
I have an offer of 18.5 lpa including bonus.
At the time of HR discussion, I was under the impression that this will be 18.5 fixed + bonus
I already have 19.5 fixed CTC offer from Emids and Indegene is ready to pay 23 lpa including joining Bonus.
I am keen to join JP morgan but I want to negotiate the offered CTC.
During HR discussion, HR said they'll not entertain any counter offers later on

Not about Amazon but maybe someone has the answer I’m looking for :) At Meta if you interview for a contract role and get rejected does the 6 month cool off period still apply to you when apply to new jobs? Similarly, if you are employed by a staffing agency at Meta are you barred from interviewing for other roles there? Facebook (Meta)

I’m an associate PM at an agency and my salary is 80k / year
- Los Angeles (fully remote)
- 4 years of experience
- was previously a Marketing coordinator
If you just started as an apm with no prior experience in pm world you should at least get like 65k -70k and then gradually go up from there. After you reach a year of apm you should be able to be a pm starting at 85. Ofc if you can negotiate more the better. But definitely should not be making less than 65 as apm.
Office is out of NYC, I’ve got 8 years of technical project management focusing mostly on website and mobile application projects. I make $130k yearly with possibility for bonus if projects hit the margin goals while meeting client expectations.
As an associate PM I was getting paid $50k + OT. I got promoted to PM and was given $65k at that agency, but decided to leave for an $85k offer at a new agency. Got promoted 2 years later to $105k (current salary) and just accepted an offer for a new role at $130k. I have about 8 years experience in advertising.
You should always shoot for the stars and let them negotiate a lower offer. Always ask for more than you’d be happy with so there is room for negotiation.
I’m an APM with two years of experience making $68k. Thinking I’m underpaid as well but not sure how much to ask for at my next role. Planning on switching agencies in the next 3 months if I don’t get promoted
ask for at least 85 so they meet you at 80 and bring up points like experience, etc
Am a PM but technically with exp I should be a Sr PM. I don’t care much for title so didn’t fight it since I got the salary I wanted.
PM exp: 6 years (2 years acct mgmt before that - fluctuated as PM / sr PM at other agencies)
Location: Toronto, remote (hybrid)
Salary: 95k, healthcare
Previously: 65k (Sr PM role), 78k (Sr PM role), 80k (PM role)
What industry are you in?
I meant are you in healthcare, automotive, etc
I’m getting promoted in a few months — I’ll be managing 5 direct reports. They’re Project Managers and Project Coordinators. I’m at a mid sized agency. It seems like 90k is on the table but I’m worried that is too low. To be fair I’ve only been in the industry for 4 years —- but have played a crucial role in building out our department — and now these managerial responsibilities.
I’m in a mid sized city so we aren’t talking ab LA or NYC salaries.
Thoughts?
Okay I appreciate these thoughts… like really. It’s easy to get in your head about these things. I think 115k feels right but would love additional thoughts. Our PM titles are a little odd for the industry so I won’t share it right now to make it obvious where I am :) but yes associate director level.
