YOE: 4.5 years

1. Globant with 23LPA Fixed (JP Morgan Chase Client)
2. Programming.. com: 22 LPA Fixed (US timings)
3. EPAM systems: 23LPA + 2L(Joining bonus)

Which one to choose? I need your feedback about this organisation more than salary part. Because I prefer work-life balance more than compensation over here.

Strictly defense work; started out with the City Law Dept, did a year and a half of med mal/construction, and for past year and a half have been at a well known defense firm working on high exposure construction accident cases. I need some advice, I left Infosys on 27th Jan, I had an offer from Accenture to join them on 28th Jan. However just on my last working day itself, I got an offer from wabtec, it's not a service based org, so I thought I should give it a go. However their DOJ is on 14th feb. They have to complete BGV.
Now the only other offer I have is from TCS to join them on 2nd Feb, I'm a bit scared as to is it a good idea to say no to tcs and stay unemployed in pursuit of working with wabtec?
