Run, if you are getting an intuition that PIP might come again please move out immediately as searching a job and getting selected is a time consuming job. At the end of day, the amount of risk that you are taking isn't the worth as your rewards are not that high.
Yes technically you can be put on pip again anytime through your tenure in Accenture. Second time there is no way they retain.
There is no need to be scared. You need to know who is the decision maker and show your visibility there. Usually people who r not visible get into the trap - not because they r not competent but because they are not visible.
Bell curve has to be adjusted always remember. Work on the visibility if u rout of that cycle once. Keep talking to ur supervisor and du lead.
You were on bench for 3 months?
I had flagged to the MD, but they were not able to staff me. Had reached out to every M and SM from my team too and other contacts that I cld build.
The initial bench after joining is not an issue. Confrontation with SM is.
5% rule is on team count and not level. So they give target to loose 5 out of every 100.
