I need some suggestions from you all. I have been offered a remote role today at an IPO bound startup(Motive) however,
I joined Flipkart yesterday after relocating to Bangalore. The new offer is financially ahead slightly against my existing offer.

However, I want to know what should I do now.

1. Stay with Flipkart and continue it the way it is?
2. Consider Motive. I am not really sure how would I have that 'weird' conversation with my HM and HR.
3. Any other alternative?

Hi Everyone - I was hoping someone could throw some light on the kind of work trust and safety does. I see a lot of open roles - managers, senior strategists etc. I have a top 20 MBA and about 8 years of big 4 experience in consulting - would this be the right kind of role to get into? Or is it more engineering?

I’ve been interviewing for new positions to leave PA. But in my current position, we’ve been adding quite a few new projects (and our team is partner, two staff, and me) that will probably start over the next couple of months. I don’t think my boss has any idea I’m looking to leave - anything I should do to not feel guilty about potentially leaving them short staffed with a ton of work? Is this something you think about when looking to leave?

Base - 20LPA
Bonus - 10LPA (over 2 years)
RSU-137 (over 4 yrs) worth 13.5 LPA,standard Amazon vesting

I moved to my current company just a month back but Amazon process was in progress, so leaving in probation. I don't think they considered TC of my current company (17 LPA from 7.5 LPA) as it's been just a month. Any views regarding the offer and TC offered.

I just started a new job this past week and I’m realizing my boss is a huge asshole and doesn’t have a great reputation in the company.

Have a 2 hour LBO model test for small size PE shop. How complex are these typically? Similar to a paper LBO given the 2 hour time frame or more of a full 3 statement model?
