I just started a new job this past week and I’m realizing my boss is a huge asshole and doesn’t have a great reputation in the company.

It was hard to tell during the interview process but ultimately I don’t think I’m gonna enjoy working for them. I have two other job offers I declined the other week that I could potentially go back to and see if they’re still interested in me. Is that crazy? I just have this feeling with my current employer that it’s just not gonna work out.

Has anyone renewed their O1 lately? Can you get a interview waiver or do we still need to go through the in person interview?
