I recently completed 3 rounds of technical interviews for a Lead position at Freshworks Inc. After the 3rd round, I followed up with the recruiter, who confirmed I passed all three and should expect a call from the hiring manager soon. However, it's been over a month, and I haven't received any further communication. I reached out to the recruiter again, and they said they'd re-connect with the hiring manager.

Can anyone shed light on how the hiring process typically progresses? Thanks

I'm holding an offer from MakeMyTrip and another offer from OlaElectric. Ninjacart is willing to make me an offer. But they're saying that they'd discuss the offer only after the other company that I'm interviewing with has come up with an offer first. There's been a delay from HRs of the companies in a similar way. How do I urge them to send me the offer letter without sounding pushy? I had reached out to some of the HRs myself. Would that be too awkward if I accept & back out their offer?

Interviewed for a GS-15 (same agency but different office) and totally aced the interview with excellent answers. They know I’m a top performer with senior references. However I noticed there was an internal candidate who has been there for few years and interviewed that’s a veteran. I feel my chances just sank and want to gauge thoughts.
