I applied with EY for a Senior Manager role I had my first stage interview with a senior manager, which I thought went well as I got the partner interview 2 weeks later, and said I'll be contact within 10 day HR. This did not happen so I chased up. Today I received feedback from HR stating that the senior manager, who would have been my peer, said I didn't have enough experience. But the partner who I would have been working under did like me.
Is this normal with EY recruitment
Especially on weekends 😅

Yes! When I first went off birth control, my hormones were out of control. I was never formally diagnosed with PCOS, but only told that I had “PCOS-like symptoms.” I was definitely carrying some extra weight but wasn’t obese. Several doctors recommended trying to lose some weight to help rebalance my hormones, so I completely revamped my diet, and one of my doctors even put me on a prescription weight loss medication for a few months.
Two years later and 35 lbs down, we were successful with our first IVF cycle. Expecting in February ☺️
Not exactly losing weight, but I started exercising more by doing strength exercises and generally became fitter even though my weight remained the same. I had irregular periods after stopping the pill and the ovulation dates were always way off, once I started my strength training my periods were back to normal after about 4 months. I’m now 18 weeks pregnant 😊
Yes. I was diagnosed with PCOS and started the PCOS diet. I dropped 10 pounds as a result (went from 150 to 140). Got pregnant within 4 months of starting the diet and was on 3rd cycle of letrozole
For me, it was easy once I got started. I felt a TON better (didn’t even realize I was feeling poorly before) and so I really didn’t want to cheat. When I would cheat, I’d feel like garbage and it was motivation to stay on track. You can do it!!
You should also check for PCOS. I gained 15 pounds in one month after stopping birth control and couldn't budge it. But because I was still within normal-ish range, never looked at it further. Fast forward two failed IVF cycles later, my doctor tested for and diagnosed me with PCOS, which can affect egg quality. I'm on metformin now to treat the PCOS, and has the side effect of helping me lose weight...
I wanted to lose weight before I start trying as well. I lost only a few pounds but that threw my cycle off. And it took 2-4 months to get back to normal
I don’t know the BMI info
