I was forced to resign in the month of January being on bench for a month stating that I am not employable even though I aced in my last project as well as all the internal assessment, done their internal certification as well.
They released me in 4 days.
With such short notice I was panicking at that time.
Given 10-12 interviews and got 2 offers 50% hike and a 70% hike in mid feb didn't negotiated and joined.
So all an all if we have some skills.
We will make it through...

With A it is a generic opportunity where the work and the client would be decided after joining. But the learning opportunities would be more.

With W it was a client interview and the client is one of global leader in financial service and I really like to work with this client.

W's pay is 2-3L higher than A.

This is for Cybersecurity domain where A is comparatively better.

I'm looking to stay for long term, Please help me decide.

I have submitted my resignation on Aug11th. I received a mail very next day from HR saying salary willbe put on hold for reliving month and immediate previous month will be put on hold as FNF dues.
Now half of the people I asked saying I won't get salary for August as well and half saying i will get salary for August. Can anyone confirm on this?

Wanted to bring out that staff-1's are paid peanuts (3.33L CTC) please don't expect them to slog 12-13 hours. They don't have enough motivation or incentives to work that long. Seniors,AM's and Managers should be more kind and explain the work to them clearly rather than making last minute changes.
