I was interviewed for a role in Tech M on Aug 5 and HR called on Aug 20 to tell me I was selected and my BGV process was completed on Sep 1. It’s been more than 3 weeks and I’m yet to receive the offer letter, Every time when I call the HR, the response is it’s still pending for the approval from senior leadership. Are there people here facing or faced situations like this?
Will it take months for proving offer letter? HR even said some guys are waiting for 2 months.

My superiors are asking me to contact CEOs of debtors to chase payments. We’re in B2B and payments are usually 30 days or more. As soon as we get someone over that and they don’t provide a payment date, I’m being asked to contact their CEOs somehow and demand payment. I think it’s dumb, will hurt the relationship and I also don’t want to ruin my reputation. Thoughts?

Is anything wrong with tech Mahindra hiring after submission of documents and salary discussion they want to have again technical round..if they want to reject why they do it in early stage.almost 3 week of search time wasted.

Done with technical round, HR round and also background verification. And got a call from HR for negotiation. But till now not received offer letter. It's been two weeks. Is it always like this in tech Mahindra?? Or should I consider I won't be getting any call back.

I joined Mindtree on 8th Feb and not got project and I was waiting for last 2 and half month. So, i gave interview outside (tech mahindra) and got selected. Almost 30-35% they said they will give and i am negotiating on it.

My main concern was shift and i have some health issues and unable to continue in night shift in Mindtree and tech mahindra its purely EMEA shift and per project team update.

Shall i switch to tech Mahindra?

I have 2 offers in hand - Global Logic - 23 LPA fixed , Tech Mahindra - 26.5 (including variable).
Which one is good for job security , work life balance and hike and all.
