Hi Fishes, I worked in xyz company(start up) from 2019-2023 and then joined MNC in 2023 now I got one offer from another MMC now, but startup which I worked previously is not responding to emails, phone calls, tried reaching couple of previous colleagues but no luck... Now will it cause any problem in the bgv? If thy are not responding to bgv mail? What will happen? How to tackle this situation?

Just switched to a gud org with gud perk,pay,project work but My boss is the epitome of a**h*** reasons-
Onboarded me on a huge project (12 phase proj) with no KT, only gave docs to read from.
He was handling this proj till phase 4 but has completely withdrawn out without proper transition.
I cannot make decisions and my decisions are overridden by him.
I have 2 yrs experience and it's now my onus to negotiate with PPL in VP,EVP position and also handle testing & dev team.
