Netcracker Technology Corp. I recently gave interview for the Netcracker Technol.During the initial calls they confirmed my current salary and expected salary. Then they proceeded with the technical rounds and finally HR round was also cleared. They asked me to wait for the offer letter as they required approval from business. After a week when I got no updates on the offer letter i texted them asking about the same. They replied me on the text that the business did not gave approval for the offer. TBC in comment section..

Do recruiters ever reply to any of these threads
Ok be honest, candidates. I really love this set of questions, I’ve been considering shifting my current interview style to these questions - I think they really give you an idea of who this person would be within the work setting. But the questions almost feel too deep for a recruiter to ask. What would you think if a recruiter took a different path and asked these questions instead of the usual ones?

got an offer end of november for a job i started interviewing for in july. just know that covid timelines are whack
Wow!
Traditionally this time of year is def tricky. Covid times, as noted above - make it doubly tricky! Hang tight, just make sure to do EOW check-ins. Alternatively, keep your options open, just in case something else (maybe even more promising!) comes along.
this time of year is tricky as we have very few final scopes right now...that translates to tentative budgets...hard to make firm hiring decisions
