Guys, Is 40 lpa cctc very high salary for 15 years experience person in IT/Consulting services in erp oracle/sap? Whatever few calls I get do not come back and say that the budget for 15 years is max. 40 lpa so they can't give any hike....(not talking about big4)...is it the end of growth for a 15 years erp consultant!!!?

Honestly I feel stuck in Oracle apps , being a technical resource I now feel the pay is getting less as there are many resources available and after working in it for 7 years now I don't know what other technology I can switch in 😞
